For the first time this year the Masterclass by Jan van Nouhuys will be embedded in the Vakschool for gold- and silversmithing Schoonhoven. It is an internationally orientated masterclass, and this year again silversmiths from several countries will participate, as well as from The Netherlands.
The three masterclasses so far - all sponsored by the foundation STRAND LINKS - took place in the workshop of Jan van Nouhuys in Schoonhoven. The idea of having it in the Vakschool was met with great enthousiasm by the head of the College and the teachers for silversmithing.
The Masterclass will take place from 3 - 19 July.
In 2020, probably around the same period, the next Masterclass will take place.
Students who have graduated in metalwork can apply.
